Today we learned how to use web quest. We searched for a web quest page to use for reference and make it out in our own way. I found the Composers! Wanted web quest. I chose this web quest because it was a website to help students learn more about music history and famous composers. This web quest helps the students learn about past composers in a less boring way. They become detectives which gives them more interest to learn about music history.
MU.S.GM3-5.4Relating
Students will:
a. understand relationships between music, the other arts, and disciplines outside the arts
b. understand music in relation to history and culture.
MU.O.GM3-5.4.10
explore musical careers, e.g., conductor, composer, accompanist, etc.
